Many Blacktail configurations use 12x24 stalls with a central breezeway. Compare the product’s stall count and breezeway width, then allow room for the complete row and access around it.
Mark gates, feeding access and cleaning routes on the layout. Confirm the overall building dimensions before preparing the site.

Standard or full roof coverage
Standard layouts cover the breezeway and part of the adjoining stalls. Fully covered versions extend the roof over the complete stall area.
Choose coverage for the site’s weather and the way the horses will use the stalls. Roofed structures need installed posts and a site-appropriate footing plan.
Stall count and stall size
The catalog includes configurations with four, six, eight, ten and twelve stalls. Individual products specify their stall dimensions, rail configuration and breezeway width.
The wood-insert shed-row kit is sold as a four-stall configuration. Contact the shop for a separate quote if you need a larger wood-insert layout.
The Mega Motel has eight 48x82 stalls and a 15 ft breezeway. Those are individual stall dimensions, so confirm the complete structure footprint before preparing the site.
