From our shop to your property.

Orders ship from our shop in Brady, TX to the 48 contiguous states. Here’s what to expect, how to prepare, and what to check when your equipment arrives.

Shipping

Priced at checkout.

Freight is priced from the road miles to your address, as one load, with a $200 minimum. You see the amount before you pay.

Orders of $10,000 or more ship free anywhere in Texas, and in New Mexico and Arizona within 50 miles of I-10 as far west as Phoenix or of I-40 as far west as Ash Fork, the turn-off for Prescott. Smaller orders ship for a flat $200 within 50 miles of those highways in all three states, or of US-287 between Dallas and Amarillo.

Timing

Typically 1–2 weeks.

Most orders arrive in about one to two weeks. Timing is an estimate and can change with production, carriers, weather, and access.

Unloading

Have a plan ready.

You are responsible for unloading. Have the equipment or people on site to get your order safely off the trailer.

Before the truck arrives

Have your property ready.

Provide a firm surface and room for a trailer to turn around. Check for low branches and soft ground before delivery day.
Have a tractor with forks, a skid steer, or enough people to hand-unload. Tell us before we ship if you have no equipment.
Someone must be on site during the carrier’s delivery window. The driver calls ahead when they can; a missed window can mean a redelivery charge.

Free delivery in Texas and near I-10 and I-40

An order of $10,000 or more in products, before tax, ships free when the delivery ZIP code is anywhere in Texas. In New Mexico and Arizona, it ships free when the ZIP code is within 50 miles, measured in a straight line, of I-10 as far west as Phoenix, or of I-40 as far west as Ash Fork, the turn-off for Prescott. A smaller order ships for a flat $200 when the ZIP code is within 50 miles of those highways in Texas, New Mexico or Arizona, or of US-287 between Dallas and Amarillo.

Checkout applies this automatically and shows your shipping charge before you pay. Everywhere else, shipping is priced from the road miles to your address.

Shipping and arrival times

A third-party carrier may haul your load. The shipping service depends on the delivery address, weight, and amount of equipment ordered.

Arrival estimates are not guaranteed. Production, carrier schedules, weather, and site access can affect timing. We are not responsible for boarding, labor, or other costs if a shipment runs late.

Unloading and site access

The driver is not responsible for taking material off the trailer unless that was agreed in writing before the truck left.

If the delivery cannot reach your site, the load will be unloaded at the nearest safe point. Moving it from there is your responsibility.

How steel travels

Steel moves loose on a trailer. Scratches, scuffs, and strap marks on powder coat are common. Material can shift or take a slight bend from being strapped for a safe haul.

We do not blanket or foam the load. If that condition is not acceptable, arrange to pick the order up yourself at our shop, 1009 E 2nd St, Brady, TX 76825.

When it arrives

Check the load before the driver leaves.

Inspect the shipment, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and photograph it at the truck. Contact us the same day so we can review it.

Claims opened later are harder to pursue and may be denied. See our returns and damage policy for how we handle a wrong or damaged shipment.
