Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Typical arrival is 1-2 weeks. You are responsible for unloading.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping service and the charge depend on the delivery address, weight, and how much is on the order. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Most orders arrive in about 1-2 weeks. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Lead times can move with production, carrier schedules, weather, and access. We are not responsible for boarding, labor, or other costs if a shipment runs late.

A third-party carrier may haul the load. The driver calls ahead when they can. Someone has to be on site for the window they set. A missed window can mean a redelivery charge.

Unloading

You unload. The driver is not responsible for taking material off the trailer unless that was agreed in writing before the truck left.

Condition on arrival

Steel moves loose on a trailer. Scratches, scuffs, and strap marks on powder coat are common. Material can also shift or take a slight bend from being strapped for a safe haul. We do not blanket or foam the load. If that is not acceptable, pick the order up yourself.

Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves. Note damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it at the truck. Contact us the same day. Claims opened later are harder to pursue and may be denied. See Returns.

Questions before you order?

We can review the delivery address, access, and how the load will come off the truck.
