All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Cancel only in the window below. Freight damage and a failed weld are not returns.
No returns
Steel is cut, welded, and coated against the order. It does not go back on a shelf. We do not take returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or do not like the finish once it is on the ground.

If the load is wrong or damaged
Photograph it before it comes off the truck and write it on the delivery receipt. Email the photographs and order number to info@blacktailcorrals.com the same day. We handle the carrier. We do not hand you a claim number and step out.
Scratches, scuffs, and strap marks from transport are not damage for a refund. See Delivery.
