Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use blacktailcorrals.com or buy from Blacktail Corrals LLC ("Blacktail," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our delivery, returns and cancellations, and warranty pages are part of these terms.

Products

We build our steel to order. Photos show typical builds. Powder-coat color can look different on screen, and listed dimensions are nominal. If you need an exact measurement before you order, ask us.

Prices and quotes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay. A written quote is good for the period stated on it. If we find a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before it ships. If you do not accept the corrected price, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fill, and we refund anything you paid for it.
• You pay in full at checkout. Stripe processes payment by card. Financing through Affirm or Klarna is subject to their approval and their terms.
• Installation is quoted and agreed separately. It is not part of an order unless your quote includes it. See installation.

Shipping and delivery

• Orders ship from our shop in Brady, TX to the 48 contiguous states. You can also pick up at the shop.
• Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for boarding, labor, or other costs if a shipment runs late.
• You are responsible for unloading and for safe truck access to your site. Inspect the load on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Cancellations and returns

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If we ship the wrong item or a short count, we send the correct item and cover shipping both ways.

Warranty

Welds and frame carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. The warranty page is the warranty. It sets out what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, products are sold as is, without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Setup and use

You are responsible for choosing equipment that suits your animals and property, preparing the site, obtaining any permits, and setting up, anchoring, and maintaining the equipment safely. Ask us before you order if you are unsure whether a product fits your use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including injury, animal loss, property damage, or project delay. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Using this website

The text, photos, and designs on this site belong to Blacktail. Do not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to place fraudulent orders. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
