A 12-stall mare motel with individual 12 x 24 ft stalls, 6 ft welded-wire panels and a 12 ft breezeway. Full roof coverage shelters each stall and the aisle.
Plan the 12-stall layout
This configuration places 6 stalls on each side of a 12 ft central breezeway. Each stall measures 12 ft wide by 24 ft deep; those dimensions describe one enclosure, not the complete structure.
Allow for gate swings, access and drainage beyond the stall arrangement. Confirm the complete roof plan, supports, anchors and outside dimensions before grading or ordering site work.
Panels and roof coverage
Six-foot welded-wire panels and gates are one foot taller than the five-foot wire model. The roof covers the stalls and central aisle. Check the mesh spacing and gate details against your animals and handling routine.

Shipping cost
Priced at checkout from your delivery address, order weight and quantity. You see the amount before you pay. You can also arrange to pick the order up yourself.
Delivery day
Someone must be on site during the carrier’s delivery window. Leave a firm surface and room for a trailer to turn around. The driver calls ahead when they can; a missed window can mean a redelivery charge.
Unloading
You unload. Have a tractor with forks, a skid steer, or enough people to hand-unload. The driver won’t take material off the trailer unless that was agreed in writing before the truck left.
When it arrives
Steel travels loose on the trailer, so scuffs and strap marks are common. Inspect the load, note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it at the truck and contact us the same day.
Warranty
Limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in welds and frame for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
Are 12 x 24 ft the overall dimensions?
No. They are the dimensions of each of the 12 stalls. The breezeway, supports, roof overhangs and access clearances require additional space.
Does the roof cover the full stall?
Yes. This configuration roofs the whole stall and the access aisle.
