6-Stall 5-Rail Mare Motel, 12x24 Stalls

This configuration places 3 stalls on each side of a 12 ft central breezeway. Each stall measures 12 ft wide by 24 ft deep; those dimensions describe one enclosure, not the complete structure.

Allow for gate swings, access and drainage beyond the stall arrangement. Confirm the complete roof plan, supports, anchors and outside dimensions before grading or ordering site work.

Five rails close the spaces between the horizontal tubes compared with the four-rail configuration. The rear of each stall remains open to the sky.

Each available stall count has its own product listing, price and kit contents. An additional complete kit is not a one-stall extension; discuss compatibility and roof connections before extending an existing motel.
