A galvanized female post hinge identified as 1-5/8 in by 5/8 in. Use it where the gate needs a matching female hinge component.
Match the female hinge to its mating part
Check the female hinge dimensions, post fit and mating hardware before placing a replacement order. Use the product name and specification to identify the part.
The 10-gauge continuous-fence clip is a separate product for attaching fence sections. It does not replace this hinge.

Shipping cost
Priced at checkout from your delivery address, order weight and quantity. You see the amount before you pay. You can also arrange to pick the order up yourself.
Delivery day
Someone must be on site during the carrier’s delivery window. Leave a firm surface and room for a trailer to turn around. The driver calls ahead when they can; a missed window can mean a redelivery charge.
Unloading
You unload. Have a tractor with forks, a skid steer, or enough people to hand-unload. The driver won’t take material off the trailer unless that was agreed in writing before the truck left.
When it arrives
Steel travels loose on the trailer, so scuffs and strap marks are common. Inspect the load, note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it at the truck and contact us the same day.
Warranty
This hardware is excluded from Blacktail's limited lifetime warranty.
Is this a continuous-fence clip?
No. This item is the 1-5/8 in by 5/8 in female post hinge. The fence clip has its own product page.
