Portable & Modular Horse Stalls

Portable horse stalls that stand on their own feet: freestanding 14-gauge kits, no concrete, no welding on site. Start with one, add on later.

Portable and modular horse stalls from the same welded line as the full stall range. On this page: single stalls from 12x12 to 24x24 in 4-rail or 5-rail, and the add-on stalls that share a panel wall with the stall you already own. Panels clamp together and come apart again; nothing is dug or poured. Multi-stall rows and covered stalls stay on the horse stalls page. Sizing stays in the stall guide.

Quick answers

Questions about portable & modular horse stalls

What makes these horse stalls portable?

The panels are freestanding and clamp to each other instead of to posts in the ground. Nothing is concreted and nothing is welded on site, so a stall comes apart and goes back up on new ground the same day.

How do the modular add-on stalls work?

An add-on stall shares a panel wall with the stall you already have, so you buy the add-on kit, not a second full stall. That is the point of a modular system: one stall this year, a row of them later.

Do I need a concrete pad?

No. Level, draining ground is the requirement. A stall set on a slope pools water on the low side, and that is a footing problem no steel fixes.

What size portable stall should I start with?

12x12 is the standard box stall and the usual starting point. Go 12x24 or 24x24 when the horse lives in it more than it works, or when you want a run attached.
