Warranty

We warrant that welds and frame on the product you bought from us will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. If we accept a claim, our only obligation is to repair or replace the defective part, at our choice.

Coverage does not transfer if you sell the product or the property. There is no coverage for anyone except the original buyer named on the order.

Email info@blacktailcorrals.com from the address on the order. Include the order number, proof of purchase, a description of the alleged defect, one photograph of the whole product, and one close photograph of the weld or frame in question, taken in daylight without a filter.

We review complete claims only. Missing photographs, no order number, or no proof of purchase is not a claim. We may ask you to return the part at your expense before we decide. We decide whether a failure is a manufacturing defect. That decision is final.

If we accept the claim, we repair or replace the part. We do not pay labor, installation, boarding, freight on the failed part, or any other cost unless we say so in writing. Replacement is limited to the failed part, not the rest of the order.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including injury, animal loss, or project delay.

Cosmetic variation, surface rust, coating wear, and marks from loading or transport are not defects. Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Freight damage is a delivery issue, not a warranty claim. See Delivery and Returns.
